2. Collection and processing of personal data

When you visit this website, technical access data (IP address, browser type, operating system, date/time, page requested) is automatically stored by the hosting provider Cloudflare. This data is used solely to ensure operation and for error analysis.

3. Contact by e-mail or telephone

If you contact me by e-mail or telephone, your details are stored to process the enquiry and for any follow-up questions. The data is not passed on to third parties. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract).

4. Hosting (Cloudflare Workers)

This website is hosted via Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, processes technical connection data in doing so. Details: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy

Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place.

5. Fonts (self-hosted)

This website uses fonts that are delivered self-hosted on my own domain. No data is transferred to Google or other third parties. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a consistent presentation).

6. Cookies and local storage in your browser

This website does not use its own cookies for tracking or advertising purposes. Cloudflare sets technically necessary cookies for security (e.g. __cf_bm). These are required for operation and do not require consent. In addition, we store your cookie-notice acknowledgement locally in your browser (localStorage) so that you do not see the notice again on every visit — this information does not leave your device.

For the duration of your session, your browser also remembers that the income note was already shown to you before you got in touch (sessionStorage, key perini-einkommen-hinweis). This entry expires when you close the browser.

A service worker stores pages, images and fonts of this website in a cache in your browser so that the site loads faster and also works on a poor connection.

Form centre: At perini-financeandproperty.com/formulare/ you can fill in the net-worth statement, the rental income schedule and the self-disclosure on screen and print them out. Your entries are stored exclusively in your browser (localStorage, key fp-formulare-v1) and are not transmitted to us. The “Felder leeren” (clear fields) button deletes them again.

All of the storage described here takes place solely on your device. No data is transferred to us or to third parties in the process.

7. Google Calendar appointment scheduling (appointment booking)

We use Google Calendar appointment scheduling for online appointment booking. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

When you book an appointment via our booking page, the data you enter there (first and last name, e-mail address, phone number and your notes on your enquiry) is transferred to Google and processed there. This may involve a transfer to third countries, in particular the USA; Google bases such transfers on the EU standard contractual clauses. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures). 8. WhatsApp contact

On our website we offer the option of getting in touch via WhatsApp through a click-to-chat link. If you use this link, WhatsApp opens on your device with a pre-filled message. Your data is transmitted to WhatsApp directly via your own device — we do not store your number on our servers.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and your voluntary consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time by telling us that you do not wish to receive any further messages.

Note: WhatsApp is operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. You can find information on data processing by WhatsApp in the WhatsApp privacy policy.

9. Customer reviews (ProvenExpert)

On this website, selected customer reviews originally submitted on the ProvenExpert platform (Expert Systems AG, Quedlinburger Str. 1, 10589 Berlin) are shown as static text quotations. No external widget is embedded — the review texts are placed directly in our page. As a result, no connection data is transmitted to ProvenExpert when our page is loaded.

10. Requesting the checklists (lead magnet)

If you request free documents on perini-financeandproperty.com (Checklist Property Financing Germany, Checklist Tax Non-Residents & Expats, Listing pre-check DE/EN, Checklist Project Financing, Checklist Financing for Doctors, KfW funding compass 2026, Funding roadmap for owner-occupiers 2026, Self-disclosure DE/EN, Net-worth statement DE/EN, amortisation calculator as an Excel file), we collect the following data: name, e-mail address, optionally telephone number, and the PDF documents you have selected. This data is processed exclusively for the following purposes:

• sending the requested documents by e-mail (fulfilment of your request pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
• follow-up contact by Olga Nikushkina if you wish to receive further information or advice (legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)

The data is stored in our internal contact management and deleted after a maximum of 24 months without further contact. It is not passed on to third parties beyond the processors named. The e-mail is sent technically via Resend, Inc., 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA (mail-server region eu-west-1, Ireland). Hosting of the website and processing of the form data is handled by Cloudflare, Inc. You can object to receiving further e-mails at any time — simply send a short message to olga@perini-financeandproperty.com with the keyword “Unsubscribe”.

Note on third-country transfer: Resend, Inc. is a US provider. The transfer takes place on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR) and certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Technical mail delivery is handled via servers in the EU (Ireland).

Calculator evaluation by email: If you request the full evaluation from one of our calculators, we additionally process the values you entered into the calculator (e.g. purchase price, equity, interest rate) and, optionally, your indication of the planned purchase date. The calculation values are used solely to produce your evaluation; the purchase-date field is voluntary and only helps us prioritise our reply. Legal basis and retention as above.

Technical details when the form is submitted: When you submit the form, your IP address, the country code derived from it by Cloudflare, the browser identification (user agent) and the address of the page from which you submitted the form are also recorded and included in the internal notification about your enquiry. They are used solely to attribute your enquiry. Legal basis and retention as above.

Legal basis: your consent when submitting the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR for handling your request and any necessary follow-up contact.

Available without data collection: The fillable templates (self-disclosure DE/EN, net-worth statement DE/EN) are alternatively offered as a direct download — without a form. No personal data is collected for the download itself — only the server-side access log described in section 3 applies.

11. Withdrawal of consent

You may withdraw this consent at any time with effect for the future. An informal message to the e-mail address above is sufficient. The lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal remains unaffected.

12. Retention period

Your data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the stated purpose, unless commercial or tax retention obligations apply.

13. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You can lodge complaints with the competent supervisory authority: State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information NRW (Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit NRW), ldi.nrw.de.
